Twenty years ago, the Iron Curtain was demolished and fifteen years later, eastern enlargement of the European Union took place. Europe became a continent that was united in its diversity, politically, economically and culturally. Thanks to those people who gave their best and strove for the ideals solidarity and harmony, we live today in a united Europe. The European Awards “Europaeus” is dedicated to unique Europeans and their unique achievements. The “Europaeus” will be awarded in following categories: “European Politics” (Motto:”History in the making”), “Economics” (Motto: “Internationalization – corporate groups” and “Internationalization – SME’s”).
